Web design
in Wildwood

Your customer is standing in a flooded laundry room with one bar of signal. If your site takes six seconds to load and your number isn't tappable, they're already calling the next guy. We build the site that gets the call.

01

Who actually works here

Wildwood sits where I-75 meets Florida's Turnpike. That interchange turned a small Sumter County town into a distribution corridor, and the residential growth spilling south out of The Villages did the rest.

The result is a business mix that looks nothing like the retirement community next door. Wildwood is where the contractors, trades and service companies are based — HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, landscaping, pest control, auto, towing, fencing, pressure washing. Plus the logistics and light-industrial operations the interchange pulled in.

These businesses share a customer that most web designers have never thought about:

  • They're not browsing. They have a problem right now. A broken AC in August, a leak at 9pm, a tree on the driveway. Nobody comparison-shops a plumber for a week.
  • They're on a phone, often on bad signal. Rural Sumter County coverage is uneven. A heavy site with big hero video doesn't load, and there's no second chance.
  • They call. They don't fill out forms. A contact form is where a service lead goes to die. The conversion is a tap on a phone number.
  • They want proof you cover their address. "Serving Central Florida" tells them nothing. They need to see their town listed.

02

The site's only job

For a trade or service business, a website has exactly one job: make the phone ring. Everything else is decoration. We build to that, and it changes the specs.

1 tap

To call you

Tappable number in the header of every page, not buried on a contact page three clicks in.

<2s

Load target on 4G

Compressed images, no bloated page builders, no autoplay video. It has to open on one bar.

24/7

Emergency visibility

If you take after-hours calls, that has to be the first thing on the page — not a footnote.

Named

Service area

Every town you cover, written out. Wildwood, Oxford, Bushnell, The Villages, Coleman, Center Hill.

What we cut

  • Carousels and sliders nobody swipes
  • Multi-step quote wizards — one short form, or just the phone number
  • Stock photos of models in hard hats. Your truck and your crew convert better
  • Pages nobody reads. Four solid pages beat twelve thin ones

Licenses and insurance go up front

For trades, your license number, insurance status and years in business are conversion copy, not fine print. We put them where the customer decides — near the phone number, not on an About page.

03

We're down the road

Evo Creative Studio operates out of Wildwood, FL 34785. Not an agency in another state renting a local number and a virtual office.

That matters more for trades than for most industries. You can meet us in person, hand us a USB with your photos, and get a straight answer without a support ticket. When your site goes down on a Saturday, you're texting a person who lives here.

It also means we understand the market you sell into — the seasonal swing when the snowbirds arrive, the difference between a Villages job and a Wildwood job, and why "Central Florida" is too vague to win a search.

04

What we build

  • Service business websites — fast, mobile-first, built to convert a call. Four to six pages, no bloat.
  • Local SEO setup — local business schema, service area markup, and a Google Business Profile review. For a service business the profile often out-earns the website.
  • Brand identity — logo, color, type. Built to survive being cut in vinyl for a truck wrap and printed on a yard sign, not just look good on screen.
  • Truck wraps, signage and print — yard signs, door hangers, invoices, business cards. In this market print still works.
  • ADA-compliant builds — required if you bid on any public or municipal work, and useful everywhere else.
  • Maintenance — updates, hosting, security. Monthly, cancel anytime.
  • Nearby markets — we also work with businesses in The Villages and Ocala.

Questions

Yes — Wildwood, FL 34785. Not an out-of-state agency renting a local phone number and a virtual office. You can meet us in person.

That's exactly the point. For a service business the site's job is to get the phone to ring, not to collect form submissions. Tappable number in the header of every page, service area written out, and light enough to load on one bar of signal. We measure success in calls, not pageviews.

Web design starts at $3,000. Most trade and service sites land near that, because they need fewer pages than a retail or hospitality site — four solid ones beat twelve thin ones. Fixed price in writing before anything begins.

Yes. Clear service area on the page, local business schema, and a Google Business Profile review so Google knows you cover Wildwood, Oxford, Bushnell, Coleman, The Villages and the rest of Sumter County. Note that for a service business the Business Profile often brings more calls than the website — we set both up.

Three to five weeks for a focused service business site. The variable is almost always how fast photos and service details come back from your side — we'll tell you honestly if we're waiting on you.

Run the free review first. Usually it's one of four things: it's too slow on mobile, the phone number isn't tappable, Google doesn't know your service area, or your Business Profile is empty. If the fix is small we say so rather than selling you a rebuild.

We design them — wrap layouts, yard signs, door hangers, magnets — and hand off print-ready files to your installer or printer. We design the logo to survive being cut in vinyl in the first place, which is a constraint most designers ignore.
